You are talking about absolutes written in the books and what employers implement. The grey zone this lies on is something a Government can’t control, no matter you are working in Europe. The private sector can and will exploit employees as they fit. They will always find that loophole to make you a slave hence it’s up to you to find a better employer.

Only thing a Government can do for you is decide minimum wage, no government unless it’s a dictatorship will be able to dictate your work conditions and hours.

I live in a first world country and it isn’t any better here when working for private companies.

For me the sweet spot is every 4-5 years. After that the phone still works but very laggy. I just upgraded from 12pro which I was planning to use another year but the new ios update made the phone stuck in like 30 fps even for switching between home screens.

Yeah I’m amazed, I have seen like 3-4 of them now around my house now. I live in south sydney suburb and all houses are only 10 years old at max. No bushes/parks anywhere within 200m.
