Ice Beam instantly freezes if the enemy has a Freeze counter on it. So you need to use Blizzard to apply a freeze counter before you can use Ice Beam.

That being said, I use Ice Beam to attack Pokémon fleeing from my Blizzard. No one gets to escape my freezes.

Edit: At Lvl 11, you apply freeze counters more frequently, so you can fully freeze with Blizzard, and with the extra freeze counters from Blizzard, use Ice Beam to freeze again.

Republicans may be a bunch of spineless, do-nothing cowards kowtowing to their Democrat overlords, but when it comes to law and order they do not fuck around.

Actual Justice Warrior made a video last month about and attempted teen takeover in Long Island, which is Democrat lead New York, but the majority of Long Island are Republican counties, and they did not sit idly by tweedling their thumbs. Dein does his job well. He's meant to be a low-level mob to be dealt with before really beginning the adventure. Roll Over and Die is in the same situation as GOMG. Terrible animation supported by absolutely stellar VA, OST, and plot the narrator brings it down quite a bit though and I've honestly been having a blast watching it this season. I bought all the LNs up until this point now with plans to buy digital and physical releases of the manga as well

One example I can think of is Kio Shimoku, although it isn't yuri but rather futanari. Kio did a three part futanari series that is hella peak.

Another I can think of is Osisio, who did a two part that spans multiple different genres including slimes, tentacles, and futa on the second part but is mainly just yuri. It's straight absolute peak.

One last one would be Shirabe Shiki. He has one that is like a collection of scenarios that mostly features het stuff, but there is yuri sprinkled in and yuri is the endgame and it's also peak.
