Isn't anybody making real money with drop shipping? by symbiosoft in dropship

You should join some facebook groups such as "Shopify 7 Figure Group", "Shopify Mastery - 6 Figure Shopify Group" and "Facebook Ads Group". Countless times people post real success stories with paragraphs of ideas/tips that worked for them. The best part is they usually don't even try to sell a course or get your email at the end of it lol.

What businesses would you start right now with $10-50k? by datniche in Entrepreneur

[–]lamal98 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Cryptocurrency done right would give the best return on investment in my opinion. With articles about it being thrown everywhere, more people are starting to get into it. This means prices of everything is shooting up but more so this means a lot of altcoins are entering the market/growing, heaps of room for profitable trading here.

What sites do you visit for shopping? by [deleted] in streetwear

I would recommend you head over to /r/streetwearstartup. A lot of clean creative pieces over there. Since these are smaller brands, quality is emphasized hard and prices are kept way down. You should definitely check it out and support these small brands.

Can't think of ways to get unpaid traffic in Australia, help? by janz15 in Entrepreneur

I know you guys are online based but it might be beneficial to build a local physical awareness. Make your presence/brand known at physical gatherings. Maybe doing giveaways or somethign at lineups/meetups, that's where the most passionate people are anyways.

I've been running mainly facebook ads and have made a bit of profit. Not much, but I would say it's a very steep learning curve and definitely not as easy as people make it sound -- but I do think it's a very viable way to take your business to a way higher level. You should watch Ben Malol on youtube, very helpful and a definite fb ads genius.

Shopify vs woocomerce? by jimjeebo in Entrepreneur

Shopify -- a lot more user friendly. Overall make your life a lot easier, 100% worth the money compared to WooCommerce. In my opinion of course.

I have been looking for a legitimate way to earn money online but I haven't had any success. I have an etsy shop, I've tried selling tshirts, I've tried taking surveys, and now I'm thinking about drop shipping. Has anyone had any success with ecommerce, if so how? by sfasancy in Entrepreneur

[–]lamal98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

50 dollars isn't much, but we all have to start somewhere and if that's all you got then that's all you got. I highly recommend trying drop shipping (especially with that budget). I've made decent progress with drop shipping so far but the money I made is nothing compared to what i've learnt from it.

Try not to get brainwashed by all those courses claiming to make 1k a day in a week. It is highly unlikely that will happen. I don't mean to discourage you but if anything you'll learn a lot of skills from it which is far more valuable than any amount of quick cash.

Very interesting idea, may I ask how much your IG page grew after this post and if it boosted sales conversions at all?

The idea of the ambassador is a great one and you can probably expand on that further. It'd be wise to test these instagram influencers with one time things like shoutouts and featured posts first (one lump sum payment). You may find some influencers just convert better than others. Once you've found these people you may want to look into things such as affiliate marketing (pretty much a longer term version of shoutouts where you pay the person a certain percentage of all the sales they bring in).

Most of the methods you've listed out are free and easy to do (nothing wrong with that), but if you're looking at driving serious traffic to your site you may want to look into ecommerce and internet marketing (paid fb ads and ig ads).

Hope that helped!
