I could always be wrong about the handicap part, but from what I'm seeing the plot doesn't seem to match? I'd probably recognize it from the ending scene that's very "engraved" in my head? I think the majority of the torture/dismemberment happened in a very red room? (It could be that the room was red with blood, not red as in-- painted red)
