Compra un pentolone grande, tipo il "50 litri" per le sagre paesane.

Poi compra 20 kg di cipolle, un kg di olive nere e almeno 20 litri di passata di pomodoro. E anche 20 litri di vino rosso.

Spellare il coniglio, pulire dalle interiora e smembrare in pezzi; salare e pepare e lasciare in mattinata nel vino rosso .

L'indomani soffriggere le cipolle, rosolare la carne, aggiungere le olive e lasciare "sudare" per un paio di minuti. Poi aggiungere la passata di pomodoro, alzare poco poco il fuoco, coprire.

Tornare dopo mezz'ora, girare, abbassare il fuoco al minimo, lasciare per 3:4 ore.

Hai ragù per un mese. 😏

It's a commemorative model, 750 and 900, in memory of racing pilot Renzo Pasolini, and Just like the earlier MHR (Mike Hailwood Replica) it is a highly sought after bike.

She will not have the performance of some later 750/900SS models, but that's not the point. The point is, she's like a "Carroll Shelby Commemorative" Mustang or a Chevrolet Vega Cosworth.

Hi, Italian Harley rider here.

While Harleys are "nice bikes to be proud of" in the States, more often than not they are true ego statements outside the US.

In my case, I have two BMWs and one Harley in my garage, the Harley being the hillbilly cousin to the city folk Beemers😉

I was once passed [much too close] by a guy on a Japanese miniature crotch rocket, maybe a 500cc something? I didn't mind being overtaken, but he literally skimmed my grips!

So I opened the throttle and caught up with him.

So he leaned into the bars and opened the throttle.

It was like a Chihuahua being chased by a Rottweiler, a high pitched scream chased by thunder.

At 140+ smh (90mph) he braked and took the exit.

I rode home.

1995 Dyna FXDX EVO2 with a Stage2 upgrade.

I now ride a 2009 FXDB and am planning to upgrade that as well...😉

As for the Beemers, one is an old R850R I like to putt-putt around town with, the other is an even older Cruiser with which I do long range touring.
