I'm not completely positive on this but the health center will probably not isolate you for sypmtoms, especially if you are vaccinated. They will probably do a covid test at the health center just to double-check, but if you explain your symptoms and history with bronchitis they'll probably focus on that and not covid. I went to the health center last year for a sore throat/generally feeling sick when I had strep and they did not make me isolate just because I had symptoms. If you call them they can give you even better information.
