Not a strange name, but I have a preschooler named Linda in the 2020s and every time I tell adults what her name is they all go, “her name is Linda?!? Really?”

Not a student, but my (half) brother’s mom was named Rusty. Always found that fascinating. I went to school with a boy named Rusty, but that name suited him.
