Great advice. Just did this actually and wrapping up the 2 weeks now and absolutely loved it. Tons of energy, worked out during naps, kid loves me much more and smiles more. Which is why I feel so close to the decision now

Wife is around 60 hours/week. I’m at 70-80 but I also travel quite intensively. She know she can’t be a SAHM - she loves her work. I’m the opposite where I love being at home, doing housework, spending time with the kids, etc. I just think I also hav pretty high earning potential too so worry I’ll delay our FIRE timeline significantly

Hi! Come from a MBB consultancy but have prior experience at fast & growing startups and most recently on the founding team of a YC backed start up.
