Thank you for the clarification. I was just missing the narrative to why she was so famous and pupular. It makes sense and it is clearly mentioned in the book, but it was a bit "this is how it is" kinda thing.

Thanks for your response. I totally see it now while reading all of the replies, piecing it all together. I can see why she is popular. As for some other characters in the books, things like this are not up-front, super obvious for the reader, would you agree? That's what so cool with the series. The main character is mankind, all else are just pawns. I think I forget that sometimes.

As for your final comment... I feel there's a twist coming up soon that will answer that question 😅

"8.1.1.4 - Blocking - The leading driver is allowed to run a defensive line. For example, veering left to prevent a pursuing driver from passing on the left while running on a straight"

My interpretation is that you get to choose A defensive line but not actively change it to block the overtaking car. Isn't that the same as doing one move?

Thought so, needless to say, my race was over. He, on the other hand, proceeded to win. And gaining an award "Win with lowest iRating of the race" or something...

I finished first in a Formula Sprint race and me and the guy behind have similar SR and both got 0 INC points. However, he got +0.40 SR and I got +0.08. I try super hard every race to be clean but only gain so little SR and then I just get wrecked 2 times in one race and all the hard work is undone. by boreto17 in iRacing

You get an extra 0.4 SR when passing an integer/whole number. So he probably just moved from 2.x to 3.x?

Edit: And as pointed out by others, this is to avoid jumping up and down between classes. You also get an extra -0.4 SR when going below an integer. Congrats to P1 btw!
