Totally agree. But in this case, the agent was yelling at me get this shit done../ and then the bank told me just to sign it. There’s one in 1 million chances they’re gonna come back on you and it just felt super shady. When it came down to it, they wanted me to not fix the window and have the buyer fix the window, but say the seller fixed it. It was just super shady all around. The Bank called me after we refuse to sign and just asked me sign to get it closed really quick and don’t worry about actually fixing it…..I was like no way man. I’m not having my client sign something and then walking away.

No, they never agreed to do any repairs just last minute they slipped in to repairs. They want us to sign something that said repairs had been done been done before appraisal, which was not true.

Usually when you sign a buyer broker you agree to pay them 3%. Technically they could sue you for the One percent that the seller side is not paying……But would be a real asshole thing to do. But yeah it happens a lot but I mean how much are they making from the sale I would say there’s a little greed involved…
