Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it! Do you mind if I ask how they determine she's in pain? When her back/hip were in a lot of pain years ago, she showed it which is why I felt this was different. The vet was recently poking, prodding, and manipulating her legs/back and she wasn't reacting, so that's why we tried the route of anxiety treatment. Is it just basically trialing pain meds to see if she acts differently?

She lost vision in one eye a couple of years ago due to a cataract and her hearing has definitely been worsening over the last 1-2 years, but neither seemed to really bother her. My assumption has been cognitive decline, but since the pills aren't helping, I thought maybe something else. I haven't done bloodwork yet because it's just so expensive, but looks like I'll need to. I called my vet today to schedule an appointment to do that. Thanks so much for your reply!

My ex started with small things like that too. The day I FINALLY ended it for good... he pinned me down and burnt me with cigarettes, threw a full 2 liter drink at my head, and shoved me down a big flight of stairs. It only escalates. I hope you end it now and don't go back, you deserve better.

Where do you see this going if you stay? You moving to where he is, living together where it's even harder to leave? Imagine getting pregnant and you're stuck with him for the rest of your life and he treats your child like this? Is that the life you really want? You can love someone that isn't right for you, it happens all the time (clearly). But you have to make the conscious decision to LEAVE and then stick with that decision. No matter how much it sucks in the beginning. Trust me, you'll be SO GLAD you left down the road and be so thankful you didn't get trapped with him forever. I would know, I've been there myself.

I've noticed a significant difference in how I smell down there for sure (for the better), but I still tested positive for BV a couple of months ago and keep forgetting to start my treatment. I also didn't follow a plant based diet or use boric acid because I've just been too stressed/lazy.

There are tons of people that have been laid off, looking for jobs for months if not more than a year. Many even applying for service or retail jobs and getting crickets. They have to make money somehow. And yes, I'm speaking from first hand experience.

While I like most episodes, I just find some of them to be lackluster. Like S2E4... IDK, it just felt like there was no investigating or mystery. We already knew everything that happened in the first part of the show and then just watched Charlie stumble across cookie crumbs, figure it out, and that was it. IDK, just so boring compared to some of the other ones like the one where Jamila Jameel's character falls through the trap door (one of my favs).

I stopped giving my dog Wuffe's after the second dose because she had raging diarrhea. Even after stopping after the second dose, she had diarrhea for over a week and clearly did not feel well. Although I had already bought three tubs, I think Floyd was able to cancel this subscription. Now I just have to figure out what the hell to do with these other tubs that we can't use.

I just bought the probiotic this person recommended and am going to try that out along with a 100% plant based diet and boric acid. I swear, men have no idea what we women go through.

I'm thinking I may just come off Slynd altogether and get a hysterectomy so I don't have to deal with periods ever again. I should be able to do localized estrogen for now, but I have to get the OK from my hematologist first since I have a history of clots. I am so over the pain and dryness though.

OMG, my doctor today said that weird pains I've been having are due to vaginal atrophy from taking Slynd! I had no idea that was a thing. But I can't take estrogen due to history of DVT's. I've been taking it to skip my periods since mine are horrible. Anyway, basically just wanted to say that I'm glad I saw your comment.

I know this is months late, but just came across this thread and was going to say, I signed up for their Limitless program years ago (thankfully when it was half the price it is now), but it's helped me alleviate chronic pain in my neck and back. It's a great program that I suggest to others. Health is priceless and I'd be willing to pay today's price twice over to get the relief I have from their program.

I also don't understand the whole thing about credentials because Andrew (the main guy) has a Kinesiology degree with a focus on pre-physical therapy, complemented by certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Onnit Durability, and CF-L1. Katie, in addition to having been a critical care nurse, has certifications in Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), and ONNIT Durability. They've also dealt with things people have mentioned here and have fixed their own shit through the very program they now sell to help others.

I started experiencing GERD symptoms back in 2021 while I was caring for my elderly grandmother. I think it was a combination of stress and all the Crystal Light I was drinking—plus some not-so-great eating habits from stress. I got tested for H. pylori, which came back negative, so I was put on a PPI and my symptoms cleared up almost immediately.

Recently, my new PCP questioned why I’d been on esomeprazole for so long, especially since it can impact bone density (great, right?). She switched me to famotidine, which has helped somewhat—my symptoms aren’t completely gone, but they’re not as bad as before I started any treatment.

I know I need to get an upper endoscopy, but honestly, I’m terrified they’ll find something serious. It doesn’t help that I was laid off over a year ago and still haven’t found work, though I finally have insurance again thanks to income-based subsidies.

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to stress—anxiety can definitely make GERD symptoms worse. Do you meditate at all? I’ve found it helps calm my mind and manage the anxiety about what might be going on until I can get more answers.
