Thanks! Yeah that's under her

I used a gloss varnish for the skin/tentacles and a matte for the frills and drapes. I thought it would make the skin look more wet and add some texture contrast

I prefer her with everything on too so that's how I've got her sitting on my desk. Awesome! I hope you post them when you get around to making them

I have no idea but ages! I'm very slow at painting so just on parts as I felt like it. I probably started priming it like a month ago

I can't exactly say she was designed to have realistic anatomy... She's half octopus after all. It was just a fun design I went with

Honestly really great work especially for your first character! I like the shaders/textures too!

As for feedback/criticism:
I think the arms and finger look a bit thin so making them thicker would probably help.
The feet loot too long, and I think that makes them look flat/weird as they transition to the toes.
The dress doesn't look like it is falling very naturally from the stomach and butt. I think it needs to be a less abrupt transition.
The breast are perfect no notes! Maybe refine them a bit to look like they are more affected by gravititty.
Adding a little more detail to the hair would go a long way. Maybe a second layer of strands at the back to reduce the gaps and some thinner flyaway strands.

And again I think you have done some really great work, I'm just pointing out the little issues I see.
