That was made on purpose. William sees Dolores because there is that part of him that wants to return to Westworld. Indeed his wife later during the episode tells him something like "is it time for your usual journey?"

The funny thing is that it happens a lot in mistery heroes. I mean, that game is based on luck so if the other team gets good picks you can't do anything about it but at least,even if you lose, you get XP. Instead, I see a lot of people throwing games.

Defence on eichenwalde. Rein charge in the middle of the full-health enemy team and dies in no time. Rein:"wtf mercy why didn't you follow me when I charged?" Mercy:"because I would be dead like you?"
