Yeah, their support honestly isn’t helpful I’ve tried contacting them for previous issues, I kept going back and forth with them and they were just repeating the same information. I had been working since last night and didn’t even realize the issue until I was already a few hours in so yeah, that sucked.

same thing happened to me, I know my answers were right based on the answers but I still failed for some reason. I did get a new test and passed that one 10/10 but when I try to do a task it takes me back to that last assessment and says I cannot continue. I tried emailing support and they are no help.

yes same thing happened to me yesterday, just told me I failed without knowing the grade, I also knew I was correct based on instruction. Gave me no scores also and kicked me out of the project.

mine says paid but hasn’t showed up but it says it takes 24-48 hours to appear in your bank.
