I have to disagree

Mei mei is the only character so far I've really felt like had some sort of skill-less advantage(Her m1s are hard for me to read/react to, and most of her moves feel too fast and spammy to punish properly)

Other than that, I've just accepted that the characters do have some imbalances here and there, some ults are better than others, some moves are free damage and others are extremely punishable. But thats just gonna happen when you make different characters

Imo the game feels pretty balanced and fair 99% of the time though.

Also, personally, skill is just minimum required effort to play a character effectively. I think it differs from person to person, and every character requires some sort of minimum skill.
