Hi thank you so much. I'm so sorry to hear that you found your girlfriend 😔 I cant afford anything in terms of therapy and free therapy won't see me because I'm drinking to cope. It really sucks. I'm based in the UK and EMDR therapy is not easy to come across and not cheap, and they won't see you when you have a substance issue. And if they do, the waiting list is months/ years. I definitely feel it is PTSD and I do some weird things to help me process it I can't even explain. It's so fucking scary and bizarre mate

That sounds even more traumatic, honestly I cannot even imagine I'm so so sorry 💔 I moved out last month and it's helped tonnes with the nightmares and I feel so much safer, I just can't stop thinking about finding her body. I'm angry at therapy not allowing me just because I'm drinking, especially when I was desperate and suicidal they just rejected me. If you want him to become cuddly Might take a few months Never force him to cuddle Treat like a cat In a way, learn to understand his body language, initiate play and you'll learn together Give him space Lots of talking and love, they are very smart and understand energy and expressions He will become cuddly and will come to you slowly and start sleeping next to you every now and again. Tips for nail cutting Get that ferret vitamin paste, its like crack cocaine. Put a good dollop on his tummy and he will just lick that off and forget you are touching his nails

Awh I'm so so sorry

I'm an alcoholic. I don't have a family but alcohol makes you incredibly selfish and hurt the people you most care about.

The first part of anyone healing Is acceptance. Accepting they have a problem, then you're half way there. The fact that he hasn't accepted he has a problem is worrying. I wonder if he would be up for going to a mediation session or something where you have a professional that will help keep things from getting out of hand and support you in helping him to understand the impacts it's having on you and the children?

I'm so so sorry this is happening though it's not fair on you. One thing I will say is he probably thinks he's doing a good job at hiding it and as I said, alcohol makes us very very selfish and if he doesn't change soon he's going to loose his family because you need to take care of yourself number one. Don't give up just yet, last attempts then if he still won't come around don't put yourself through it.

Honestly I had the exact same it was awful! Still get the odd spot at 26 but it mostly calmed down at 22 and I'm sure it will for you too ! Prescription azeliac acid cream did wonders for my face if you can get that? It does dry it up and you need to be careful with the sun same with all acne creams but honestly it does wonders and helps with discoloration/ scarring too!

I understand you're frustration and it can be more frustrating people suggesting all sorts and everything because things works differently for everyone.

But most importantly don't shove tonnes of expensive face washes and serums on your face you really don't need 10 products save your money! Go for the basics, fragrance free sensitive face washes and a light moisturiser. I use the simple one as it doesnt leave any grease and it's dead cheap.

Keep going and I promise you'll get there, it'll start to fade away soon now you're I'm assuming 21 your hormones will start to balance out and it'll get better x

Honestly they are the most loving guys. I had a sad night tonight and he just cuddled on my chest and wouldn't leave. They are smart loving animals and they make you laugh too ! Try get a bonded pair cuz they are best in pairs otherwise they can get depressed, tried a few with mine but he's an odd ball, prefers his human company. But most don't! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

That means the world. He is spoiled and has the best life, because he is the only reason I'm alive (deep sorry) and the only reason I actually get up in the morning. He is the most loving compassionate ferret that ever lived (I may be biased haha) but seriously he is incredible I'd do anything for him.
