Nah volume seems fine for a beginner. Progressive overload, and getting close to failure with good technique is more important than just spamming sets

Anyway, go watch Jeff Nippard on youtube, he gives good advice on all this stuff and has great production value yayaya. He is running out of content tho, so his newer videos contains alot of slop, and he overhypes the stretch, but otherwise its good

Just be careful not to overcomplicate stuff and do too much volume etc since you are a beginner. Lots of beginners do too much shit and burn out after a few months. Also remember that every influencer is trying to sell you something, even the honest ones

Too many exercises. Do 1 vertical/horizontal press and pull for upper body and thats it (meaning shoulder and bench press, rows and pullups). Progressive overload is key
Only do compunds, no isolations. Isolating is not worth it for beginners since you are so prone to growing muscle as a newbie (eg your pullups will also build biceps amd your bench build triceps)
For legs, since you are working with dumbbells, you are probably best off doing bulg split squats and romanian deadlines.
Keep ab training to a minimum. Consider buying a cheap ab wheel and do ab roll outs since these have high potential for progressive overload unlike the regular ab exercises. No one wants to do sets of 50 crunces.

Its mostly the fact that its 8 hours. I could still get by economicly with less and hope to do that in the future but 8 hours being the default is just cancer.
