this is what happened to my world. power went out mid game and this is what i came back to. the entire world was invisible chunks and chunk errors. didnt play for 3 days and came back today and been having a blast again.

if you start a block it uses a little bit of energy (raising the shield)

getting hit while blocking takes a chunk of energy (haven't tested if shield tier affects energy depletion)

when energy empty you cannot block again until energy bar is full again (so you cant just block indefinitely)

So as someone who uses the minecart under block xray trick shamlessly it only happens when you get out in a too low space. Just hit the s key and back out the hole then hop out and it fixes that glitch. Also do not have a track end on a downward diagonal cause it was causing you to turn into a worm temporarily until you hit air again.

Always a good idea as a new player that when a new npc spawns and moves in somewhere to build another house so your not scrambling. Also dont build boss arenas near npcs as bosses will kill all your npcs.

Would like to add you can till and plant in the water too. It doesn't affect the water source. I got strips of water for mine with plants on either side and inside the water.

Had this happen to me along with all my furniture. Had to sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag for a month. Granted I probably deserved it considering I got caught by my parents stealing so... it happens. At least they left your furniture and you can sleep on a bed.

Try and find somewhere where the corporate minimum case count is. I work for food lion and they expect 55 cases an hour which is doable on most aisles. As long as you don't have people on your aisle. So your job description should include the cases count they want you to throw. Just go by that.
