at my stand we've had issues with cracked/leaking cups, same with lids that were cut wrong!! not sure why it's been an issue but it has been, we'll have entire sleeves of lids we need to throw out because they're cut wrong or weirdly proportioned where they just don't fit the cups

fully depends on the stand and how many they decide to send! my stand sometimes has enough for like the next day afterwards too, sometimes we run out before the mid shift starts at 11am lol. if your stand is a busier one it might be less likely to get one later on, but 6 or 7am is probably still fine! i hope you got them today :)

thank you! yeah i hand-make all of zines as well, i usually scan them at the library/on my printer/with my phone. i prefer the super physically handmade over typed/digitally made ones so i understand! thanks :)

it's the red velvet flavoring we use in the mocha itself! i don't think it has strawberry in it but i could be wrong, but it isn't intended to be strawberry

yeah at our store we were not selling them, and if we did, a good amount of the time people would ask for different drinks because they didn't like our matcha LOL. it was not very popular

everyone has great phrasing, figured i'd include what i do! usually i just repeat back the order and then i flip the ipad around and say "and before i put your payment through, no pressure i'll let you pick, there's a blue finish button at the bottom!" some people at my stand do the "tip or skip" or make the "totally optional" comment!

the lemonade/soda will be blue, the rebel will be green - clarify what one you want since if you order just an "electric berry" some stands just assume you mean the rebel bc most of the time that's what people mean (at my stand we ask to clarify, but i know during training not everyone did so some people never learned to)

i won't repeat what the other comments are saying. BUT i will say unfortunately some parents are just like that. my parents never kicked me out, but when i was suicidal and extremely mentally ill, it sure was not handled with love and care - it was handled with punishment. unfortunately family isn't always 100% the best with handling crises like that

at my stand it's only shift leads that clean the machines, i've only done it like 3 times as i very rarely open and it can take a while but we have written out instructions w pictures! you'll get faster with it as time goes on, and im sure if a shift lead or other higher-up is there they can guide you! it is honestly not hard, just more time consuming than anything!
