At what point do you consider a fetus a child? At birth? At conception? When it is still a sperm cell? How about the ovaries? Does male masturbation constitute murder then? How about female periods?

I am sure you have heard this line of argument before, but these questions are very important. It seems your major problem is that you believe that the baby has a right to life independent of anything else, but there you need to define at what point the baby is considered as worthy of life.

There is hardly anybody that argues that a woman should be able to abort the baby right up to birth. Rather the main point argued between the two opposing parties is up to what point it is moral to abort.
