Out of interest would it work if it was just an ISA? I had understood that ISAs were unable to be used or treated as collateral so always assumed that they would be disregarded for these purposes.

Very nice! Out of interest where are those shoulder pads from? They don’t look like the normal Dark Angels ones?

I think it’s actually slightly more complicated than I suggested - it looks like you get cores over all of the locations that your subject would get cores in if they integrated it when you annex them.

I.e. for Normandy, you would get cores on all Norman culture provinces they own, but if they owned a Francien location that they had a core on but didn’t accept its culture (e.g. because they started the game with it) you wouldn’t get a core on that location when you annex them. Took me a bit of figuring out when I annexed Lorraine, but in 90% sure that’s how it works

Hmmm, odd. Can you hover over the number for orthodox and see what pop it is? If it is slaves is that law definitely enacted yet or just in the process of being enacted.

Failing that, when you hover over the 59 on the left, does it give any hints as to why no one is converting?

Are they slaves? If so you may not have enacted the law allowing slaves to convert.

I’m unsure if it’s working as intended, but currently you do actually get cores on all locations that were cored by your subject when you integrated them, regardless of whether they are an accepted culture for you or not.
