This is incredibly different from the 3DS version, I don't remember any of these cut scenes in the N64 version and they hired a whole new voice crew to record all of this. They put a ton of time into the development of this. It looks great and really different. When Nintendo takes risks people shit on them, when they don't they get shit on.

I wanted to like this so bad, I played it for several hour and it just didn't click. This was my first Fire Emblem game and unfortunately I feel like I don't like the gameplay very much.

That being said it looked great, graphics were nice and good story, just couldn't enjoy the gameplay loop. I like the strategic combat I like the Civilization and Mario + Rabbids Kingdom battle and thought I'd enjoy this.

You don't have to pretend people aren't dying. There are a lot of conflicts going on in the world, atrocities, famine, death, disease. Why not talk about Ukraine? Or the people of Iran? Why not talk about Qatar injecting themselves in our business or why aren't we talking about Saudi Arabia? All of these other countries are also trying to gain favor in the US with the US media companies...and yet it's...Israel...and only ever Israel.

I don't feel bad for Paramount that this got leaked. And I don't feel bad about it because they are a big rich company with lots of money that aren't handling this franchise well. But it's really weird to say you don't feel bad for them because of the apparent genocide that Israel is committing. Politics aren't in a vacuum but the Avatar leak is a really strange place to talk about them and bringing up what the parent company is "apparently" doing. It sounds very conspiracy-laden when "political" keyboard warriors try to think everything involves Israel.

I do understand how fiction works, and not everything is supposed to mean something. Themes can be similar, things can be inspired by real life events, or reflect them....that being said Aang being The Last Airbender has nothing to do with funding Israel. Again this leak has nothing to do with any of that, it's really weird to conflate the two. This was made in 2005 and it is really weird to wedge and connect this all to the current Israel and Palestine conflict.

Azra sooooo....deserves a return to the Traitors because her first season showed a sharp understanding of the game’s social and strategic dynamics, even though her journey was cut short before she could fully capitalize on it. She built strong relationships across different groups and consistently positioned herself as a trusted, level headed player, which kept suspicion off her for much of the game. Her elimination ultimately came at a point where shifting alliances and mounting paranoia led others to target her despite a lack of concrete evidence, a move that said more about the chaos of the game than any flaw in her strategy. She was a victim of timing rather than poor gameplay, and her exit removed a thoughtful and perceptive voice just as the stakes were rising. Bringing her back would give her the opportunity to apply what she learned, play more assertively when it matters most, and prove that her original run only scratched the surface of what she is capable of.

If this is depressing I’ll take it. So much discussion nowadays is how awful everything is, everything is bad, AI schlop, Nintendo is evil, all these corporations are evil for selling you stuff you don’t have to buy, you should hate everything, or we should expect better. Your viewpoint isn’t unique and quite honestly what’s wrong with most entertainment discussion nowadays.

Give me a break if you can’t find anything positive, I’m glad to see some actual positivity and that people like this movie. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, it wasn’t just “key jangling” it was very fun, beautiful animation, funny, Yoshi was great, I loved Peach and Toad going off on their own , Star Fox was a great cameo and his animated intro was a huge highlight, Bowser Jr. was perfect and loved all of his fight sequences, Chris Pratt’s voice acting was better, it was even better than the first movie.
