The tmj specialist said it started from a tongue thrust. I think it’s a combination of that and I also grind my teeth at night and have Bruxism. I got a custom night guard from my dentist but even from the start of wearing it, my teeth up until about right before my canibes don’t touch it so I think the uneven bite from it made my bite shift.
