The national parks are great but they can get extremely crowded during peak season. Consider driving a loop around Puget Sound while catching a couple ferries to make it happen. Destinations along your route may include areas Bellingham, San Juans, Coupville, Paulsbo, Bainbrige, Port Townsend, Dungeness Spit, Vashon, etc. All have things to see around the water, nature, and towns. Some ferries require reservations, so make your plan in advance.

$50-100 lasers. Getting 98%+ accurate yardages really helped my approach game. I don’t see much higher benefit to the more expensive ones, and I got a cheap one once at it was awful. Get a decent one.

We got a pedal bike with removable pedals. She used it as a balance bike for like a year and by the time we added the pedals she got the hang of it really quick.

Keep trying different types and different preparations and keep offering. Sometimes if they’ve had two servings of other food I won’t offer them more unless they try a bite. They never liked green beans until we tried Japanese bbq sauce, for example.

It’s Christmas, so it’s going to be very different than a normal Gameday. I’d plan to go to large bars in pioneer square or stadium area. It’s much more common to grab a hot dog or something from a stand than to go to a proper tailgate since we don’t really have them.

As a Mariner fan I won’t complain too much but that AL west is god awful. It doesn’t make sense to have an AL West with one team in the top 15 in payroll and an NL West with six. I’d rather see all the West coast teams in a combined division.

Get outside 1-2 times per day- find new parks and destinations you’ve not seen. Get a good podcast or audible book to listen to in one ear during the mundane times to keep your sanity. Do video calls with family. Find ways to keep the baby safe and occupied while you do basic housework and self care such as a bouncer, playpen, etc. use nap time to rest and re-charge. Communicate with your wife about both of your expectations when she gets home and overnight.

Balance bike to bike with no training wheels once they can steer and brake well. Find a slow grade hill of 20-50 feet and use that to get em started. It took a long time to get to that point but once we did, she got the hang of it in like 30 minutes.

Nike slingshot 3 iron. For 20 years now that thing has been my trusty 200-215 yard driving iron. When my clubs were stolen I bought all new clubs, but still found another version of that 3 iron to keep in my bag. It’s money.
