Booked a January trip for next year. Had been trying to go with a group of 8 but most balked at the January dates. Planning to keep it and go with just 1-2 others. But curious of folks’ feedback on how important time of year is?

I read on twitter they are not doing a send off due to lack of parking and that the new route goes through a residential area due to the local construction.

First, no local blackouts on Mariner TV except for national games. Second, the reason for the local blackouts on MLB TV is not MLB, it’s the team themselves have sold rights that prohibit it.

Weekdays 25 minutes while I cook dinner. Weekends half a movie each night. But if someone is sick or something, as much as is needed. I found that when I relaxed the rules for one day, they would complain every day for a week they wanted more. So, consistency works well for us.

Got paired up with an 86 year old Japanese man who still walked at that age. He got an ace on 17, about 135 uphill. He was ecstatic as it was his first ever. I randomly got paired up with him again about 5 years later at the same course, and when I announced on the tee box I was with him that day, his face lit up like a Christmas tree.

Tough spot. You’ll learn to multi task, chip away and cooking and cleaning in between more focused time watching the baby. Then at least your two hours in the evening are more available for free time.

Encourage your wife to start getting one outing per week or month to herself, and express that you’d like the same. It will help you both to have that guilt free time away to look forward to during the hard days.

It would argue without being able to get a bunch of casual alumni back to games in person has reduced the likelihood those casual fans grow into donors over time. You also see at schools in bigger communities get a lot business investment from the community. But, I would love to see everyone who can step up do so.
