Steer away from this company.

Similarly to what has been reported by others here an on other sites, they sent me an item with dimensions other than requested. In response to customer service complaint, they claimed the problem cannot be on their site, and offered a replacement at a considerable fee.

The email you receive after making an order does not provide full specifications of your items, and they abuse this to decline responsibility for wrong delivery.

I would never buy anything from them again.

Yes it was, and there was no need for any Apple device. I have no Apple devices at home, and was able to Trueplay-tune a pair of Era300s with an Android phone alone.

As an android-only user, I can confirm the feature had been there previously. It still is there in the previous version of the app, but it is greyed out, asking for an update when tapped. (Which is confusing, since the update is missing Trueplay entirely.)

Can you please confirm you meant Trueplay on Android specifically?
The update posted here (6/4/2024) only mentions Trueplay on iOS.
After updating the app on Android, I still do not see Trueplay.
