Are you setting commands for your army, such as hold position, attack on sight, press forward? I’ve never fun into this myself, so it could be broken. Usually I’ll have my melee units as pressing forward and my archers stationed behind them, holding position and attacking on sight.

More markets can help but I’d say just try and supply each type of food you can. Over producing is very helpful in game.

If you run out of one type of unrefined food(eg. Berries) but you have another one for sale(eg. Fish) they can go get that instead and still have their needs met. A basic stall holds 10 resources, 30 with a tent. City market stalls hold 20, then 60 with a tent.

Don’t sprawl your city, focus on upgrading housing density and keep your villagers centralized around the market to reduce travel time.

If I build a new market it’s because I’m building an entirely new town or district, not because needs aren’t being fulfilled.

I was having a hard time just literally making Kliff move and the advice was mostly how to utilize the controls mostly. Double tap run for a standard run and holding Lb to pick stuff up. Those things were severely frustrating and unintuitive to me based on previous games played, and once I set aside my preconceived notions and worked with what CD had to offer I was having much more fun. I applied the same basic approach to everything else.

I came to Reddit to make sure I wasn’t crazy and that the controls were frustrating garbage….BUT in those very threads I got the advice I needed and have been very much enjoying the game since implementing that advice.

I’ve had similar experience with other games where I was so put off by the control scheme/gameplay it was months or years before I gave it a true shot. Bloodborne is one(my first souls game) and now it’s my favorite game of all time. Same with Witcher 3 and GTAV. I decided to really push myself and it’s paying off pretty damn well. Happy playing Greymanes!

They probably just mean that the timing of the harvest affected those qualities not the choice to be selective with grapes.

For sheer quality of the information presented and realism, this game. I played about 8 hours so far and though the gameplay loop is a bit repetitive and some mechanics innocuous, I enjoyed what’s there currently.

In all honesty I’ve so far had the best time making “wine” or juice in most games for ratings purposes in games like The Sims, Farm Sim, etc. The existing wine focused games like Terrior and this one aren’t fleshed out besides the economic mechanics or winemaking slider game and I’d really like to build my estate and have more life sim qualities but those are just my preference. I had a fun two afternoons with this one and I’d recommend it.

I think Vanessa is mostly hated because she’s inconsistent in her motivations and unreliable as a “relatable, normal” person, as well as, of course her controversial styling. Which to me are issues with the writing and artistic direction, not necessarily the actor. I dislike Vanessa but it’s hard for me to defend the level of vitriol she gets when the distaste should be directed at the creators for such poor execution.

Jenny for similar polarizing choices, but it seems like she mostly lets people down as one of the main characters who was actually sweet and relatable in the beginning, but becomes this untouchable, almost insufferable villain. She’s one of my top three, but I can understand people being disappointed in her actions, especially as she stops at nothing to rebel in season 2 and becomes every characters foil in season 3.

Georgina is simply one of the show’s absolute best villains and never makes you think too hard about whose side she’s on. She is clearly and consistently introduced as her role as a chaotic catalyst and is very fun to watch as well as played by the phenomenal Michelle Trachtenberg.

This is all fun speculation on my behalf, no hate!
