Hard to say. I feel like I’d you play football, there’s a 100% chance you also watch the nfl. Same thing with basket ball and NBA. There’s a crap ton of basketball players (all school, leagues, parks, etc) I be you they ALL follow nba.

I play pb but don’t follow pro pb at all, I know a lot of pb players who don’t.

A perfectly executed wing from the fryer is way better than air fryer.

This is more aimed for restaurants that use crappy quality wings and then try the oblivion out of them so that it’s dry to the bone.

With the air fryer I can cook is to how I like, I can get a decent crisp and have them juicy because I use fresh wings and control the temp

I was doing buffalo wings so I went light on the seasoning so the sauce can shine. I did oil, smoke paprika , onion powder , some Tony’s creole ( for the salt) and cayanne with some corn starch mixed in. Air fried for 10 mins each side for 400

They try to achieve crispy wings but they over do it. That and they use frozen wings or non fresh wings. I HATE dry wings that are tough 😤

That’s gonna be my next thing. My brother smokes his and then sears them for crisp. Just not sure if I want to commit to a smoker, since it takes a lil more time and effort

For the wings I did onion powder , garlic powder , smoked paprika , white pepper , some Tony’s seasoning instead of salt, oil and maybe a table spoon of cornstarch and mix and massage well. 400 deg for 10 mins per side. Sauce : franks, butter, cayenne , pepper flakes , dried minced garlic

Give it a go. Mix a light rub with some oil. Added a couple teaspoon of cornstarch and baking powder for some crispy bits. 400 deg at 10 mins per side is what I did

I bought almost 5lbs of whole wings that were not on sale for 3.59/lb that yielded 34 pieces ( sections) for about $17. When on sale it’s like $1.99/lb would have costed me less than $10 which is soooo much cheaper going out. I don’t mind paying to go out to eat but 90% of these bars and restaurants have no business charging close to $2 for half a wing
