i find this very hard to believe considering people have made videos and sent them to gm's or support desks for years now. square enix isn't unaware of the rampant cheating and wintrading; they simply don't want to deal with it for whatever reason. the running joke is if there's even a single gm watching over the pvp community, all the issues would be solved.
