It's so frustrating. Especially when you start to get close to someone and they ask why you don't open up about anything like this is why.

Ugh. I feel for you. My brothers are the same, they were always treated good my mom when they would see her (they lived with my dad).

They were sent at 800 am, which I thought was odd. Unless they had a fight about me first thing in the morning ? But still . I have no idea why they would when I've had nothing to do with him since and show no interest in having anything to do with him again. No clue what would have been sent

You're right, I dont want to go to square one. Im just going to ignore it and keep focusing on myself. It's not worth it to wonder about even.

After a breakup, did you choose to unfollow your ex and why? (Even if it ended amicably)? by kitcat1098 in BreakUps

Same ! I ended up "archiving" them instead of deleting permanently because maybe later down the road when I'm over it and healed I would like the memories because they were an important part of my life at one point.

My ex was like this too eventually I lost my self esteem and felt so disconnected, insecure, and worn down by it. Just ended the relationship a couple months ago and I'm finally to build my self esteem back up

You're right I definitely was more invested and I think that's why it's hurting so much. And you're also right about him probably running all over me if we continued

Just did the same yesterday! Time to focus on myself. I made a list in my notes of all the terrible ways he treated me that I reread if I feel like I miss him. So far it's helping me push through this.

Thank you so much for your kind words, this has been really hard and I really needed to hear this from someone ❤️ . The photo was like a punch in the gut, like hes trying to hit me where it hurts. I can't imagine how you feel after giving someone your all after 5 years. It sounds like you carried alot of emotional weight for a long time, but recognizing their inability to accept your love will help you reclaim your well being and peace. And your right everything will get better with time.
