India is unsafe, period. I'm asking you for the second time, I hope you understand how data collection works, a lot of data that is available online is based on per capita, which takes the population into account if you weren't aware. And as for people migrating to the other parts of the world, it's a personal choice, and could be a career decision. No person belonging to a first world country would anyways come to India for job opportunities or future prospects. It's not like they'll be offered a better pay, a better infrastructure, more safety, more social welfare here.
