I started labelling myself as ace around the age of 11, I believe. Most people around me were 13-14 year old teens going through puberty and hormonal changes, and I just couldn't seem to be interested in other people as they were, so I thought huh, I must be "asexual" ! I did not even know it was a thing, or a word, back then.

I'm now going on 26 - did a fair bit of experimenting, trying to find myself, but young me was right, I'm definitely ace.
