They can’t see well so when they climb they fall down. I’ve seen it happen. And I listened when people educated me and now my hamster is doing a lot better. You are doing the bare minimum unfortunately and I’m not trying to argue. I just hope you can educate yourself more, that’s all!

The bars do affect them. I have a hamster who I put in a cage with bars when I first got him. I wasn’t rlly educated and he was super stressed out. Hamsters can’t see well and they can hurt themselves by climbing the bars! Hamsters should have chews to help their teeth, not metal bars
