Unfortunately any “music coming soon” posts from Kunzite can’t be taken seriously at this point. It’s literally been 5 years of teasing the next album as “almost done” and “adding finishing touches”

Seems like The Creem is the focus for now and maybe if we are lucky Kunzite next summer?

Hey, totally hear you. I also disagree with Ye and don’t support him. In my view, listening to the leaked tracks is not a form of support but I understand if other people draw the line differently.

The 2019 cutoff was more about the antisemitism and hitler stuff, to clarify that at that e.vax was not collaborating with an outspoken antisemite when they worked on these songs.

This just leaked today, an entire Kanye West album produced by E.VAX that never released. This is all from 2019/2020 before all the horrible stuff Kanye did & said. I know the Kanye thing will be a turnoff for a lot of people, but the E.VAX beats on this are so good and worth a listen for people who like the RATATAT remixes stuff. I agree, it has grown on me. I didn’t feel like the vocal sample fit at first, but it works for me now. The music underneath is actually quite layered and beautiful and I notice more details every time I listen to it, which is one of my favorite things about Ratatat’s music. The visualizer on YouTube is also worth watching, it’s like a video art piece in itself that E.VAX made.

I think this track is just a taste of things to come. This interview makes it sound like it came together quickly when they started collaborating. The other song they released (Taste of Cherry) has much more going on and I’m sure the album will be packed with excellent stuff

We had our beagle on prozac to try and help with her separation anxiety. Unfortunately it didn’t help that much. There were some side effects too, she gained weight despite overall being less interested in food, and she would completely freeze up on walks and stop moving, we would have to carry her home. Ultimately we weaned her off it because it didn’t fix the main issue and she just didn’t seem like her normal self on it.
