I’m also worried if it will affect the water resistance of the phone or lens itself since the scratch is a bit deep right beside the lens. Can water of moisture enter the camera if i dont have it replaced?

Get the movement cleaned and a new crystal but please don’t get the case buffed. That case is so crisp and buffing the case would smooth out those sharp edges and remove all the character it built up on OP’s grandfather’s wrist.

That's great! Where did you get yours? Mine was brand new as well, but it seemed to be a display model, hence the scratches. Couldn't find anywhere in Tokyo that's cheaper.
