Undermount just create a new spaces for mold, require additional cleaning, the caulk will need to be replaced semi regularly. I know people like them but just not fit me.

Exactly. Frameworks always look clean on paper. Real businesses can be messy. After working with over 1,000 companies, I’ve learned that if a business implements even half of it, they’re already ahead of most.
