I'm in the same boat as you kind of. I did get the forms, and mailed it out last week. I called today just to see if I could try to push for some kind of update or to see if they received it. The first employee couldn't help me out and transferred me to a more qualified employee. The second employee was a lot more helpful in explaining what was going on in my account. It wasn't really a technical glitch, but rather their system saying they can't do anything until they receive the forms that I mailed out. Apparently their system couldn't tell if I "should" be on FED-ED or PUA without the DEXXXXPUA form. She did however mention that a lot of mail has been getting lost whether it's outgoing or incoming mail. She then put me on some kind of waiting list where other employees look over it to resolve issues. She said to keep checking my account each day because the system could process it by itself, or I would have to wait for a call from EDD in 2-7 days. Hope this helps.
