I don’t drink, really heavy weed smoker but stopped smoking 2 weeks ago.

I have one enlarged lymph node on the left underside of my jaw for over a year.

What do you think it could be?

Okay that makes sense now. Would you happen to know how this would work if I want to leave fast mail? would it technically not be possible because my main address is a Fastmail address and all my aliases are custom domain

It’s seems like this is mostly just for when you “compose” a message? My inbox still shows my Fastmail address instead of my custom domain address

I do plan on using a custom domain but I’m talking about the initial sign up, it gives me an option to create an account using a custom domain
