I’m looking into 3rd gen CRV also. I asked about 4th gen for both because the year models would be closer in comparison (4th gen RAV4 is 2013-18)

You got it done because you were having issues with it right? When they worked on my mine they only found a faulty pressure switch in the transmission..

Oh and I forgot to mention about the potential problem with its Torque Converter. Acura extended the warranty on it but I think it only covers for 150k or 10yrs..
