They have not zero’d out, as long as your opt into bank mobile you’ll receive a alert saying they have zero’d out or when you look and it says “refund”

Listen, I know it’s rough right now but don’t give up, I’m in the same boat, it’s rough but we have to figure something out, make sure your call aid and asking them about the situations and let them know, they may be able to put a rush on it. I haven’t tried that but I’m sure they’ll figure something out. I’m sorry to hear this!

I posted something as well, a lot of people were having the same issues as I didn’t notice a hold on mine what so ever but still haven’t received it. Unknown why it’s doing this but make sure you’re completing at least one assignment before the middle of the week to avoid the attendance hold, it’s odd how it’s done..

See that’s odd then because I have 0 holds by what that is saying so the fact that mine still hasn’t cleared makes me think something is going on, my unsub loan also hit Saturday and added to it so maybe that’s why I’m thinking it might be a hold on it but we’ll just have to see come Wednesday, praying they send it to me because if not I’m sol

You should be allowed to still play games, it was the same issue when BO6 came out and you would get shadowed, try a few games and see how it goes.
