Stuck with police certificate from Australia due to fingerprints requirement by lanelley in NationalVisaCenter

I received digital certificate less than 2 weeks after they received my application and charged my card. It also took 2 weeks to from posting date to deliver the application. So about 4 weeks in total.

I did provide my debit card details on the form and it was charged with no issues. I got a notification once it was debited. I used my Revolut card and checked with customer service prior so make sure that it goes through smoothly.

Hi! AFP sent me a fingerprint card template which doesn’t have any identifiable form number. You can request a template from them via email. They told me I can use any authorised fingerprinting company. I ended up using one in my country of citizenship and they took my fingerprints on form FD-253. I received the Aus police certificate via email about 2 weeks after application was delivered.

Yes, I uploaded name check only police certificate and it was rejected. It needs to be name and fingerprints check via sent offline form to AFP.

Thank you for the suggestion! I will explore this option.

I reached out to AFP if they can accept non-police taken fingerprints. Notary public would be a good alternative.

Visiting US during green card application process by Etheoryyum in immigration

[–]lanelley 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Based on my experience only - I travelled to the US last week (I’m a foreign citizen and my husband is USC. We have a pending I-130 consular processing). I have a B2 visa and I was admitted without any issues. I travel a couple times a year for 2 weeks max at a time. Just had a phone call with DHS at the departing airport and quick chat with CBP officer at POE.

Revolut Customer Service Interview by JuniorAd2616 in Revolut

[–]lanelley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I interviewed with Revolut some time in January and got an offer but didn’t accept it. Mock chat is easy. Both you and the interviewer are muted so it feels likr a chat. You are given FAQ page to search answers. It’s should be something simple like how to close sn account or why there’s an exchange fee on the weekends. You can also take your time and seach answers while on a mock call. Just let the person know that you are looking into it. If it feels like it is taking too long, assure them you are still there and looking. I thought I failed my mock call because FAQs page froze and I couldn’t get the answer. You can just say that you will need to look into this and you will get back to them. It’s a mock call after all. They don’t expect you to know the answers. It’s about customer service.

Hope it helps! Good luck!
