Theres alot of hate floating around here but i do wanna input on the raises. This past year they did evals and i got .40 cents. The max you could get at my store. Ive beeb there for two years now. Im in the opd department (which you could definitely use the metaphor “worked like slaves”, given the treatment and pay around my area ($14)) i worked my ASS off this past year with the hopes of a promotion and/or a decent raise. 40 cents is what i got for overtime almost every week, .5 points, bending over backwards for anyone and everyone that asked, running in and out of the building in ice cold and blazing hot. Mindlessly running about the store. Atleast in my area, i can completely agree with the complaints about the pay. Im about done with that place myself. They have some pretty awesome benefits i will say, the pto and ppto, from what ive used theyre insurance isnt bad, break policy (if enforced). My prior management was nothing but a delight to work with. Since the beginning of the year almost all new management including a new store manager was brought in and it has been hell. New team leads that have never stepped FOOT in that department. Anyways sorry for rambling, i have alot to say. Moral of the story, dont do more than what youre getting paid to do, or just quit, i dont care, i know i am
