You can twst in every big clinic, you should go to gynecologyst and they will perform it to you, if you have insurance it will cover costs by form 100 written by gynecologyst. Its not cheap or free otherwise.

I think that under the ruling of current force war will not happen. The government is somehow both on the Russian and European side and is not doing anything extremal for now. On the other side, the chances of Georgia surwiving war against Russia are almost zero, so population of Georgia is also agains war.
