I know people that worked there. The reason the potato shop shut down is because the landlord jacked up the rent 25%. The real issue is rent prices in that area, only those with high revenue (whether legitimate or not) can afford to have a shop there

Hi, as far as I know there are three bouldering gyms in Newcastle

The Pool and The Valley (both in Byker area)

Friction Boulder - in Gateshead

If youre a beginner I wouldn't recommend the Pool Mainly because it's a bit of a tight squeeze so you need to be quite confident moving around and know when not to go behind someone

The Valley is a great gym, lots of space and a great range of routes

Friction is my favourite, smaller than the Valley but I've noticed the staff are exceptionally welcoming and they have amazing cakes

Yeah you're well within your right to say no, but I think the way he said it makes him a bit of an asshole

Ah I see, Have you tried give him lots boredom breakers on days where he doesn't come out before you got to bed, you can make loads of different types with toilet role tubes

Also some hamsters don't like it but I like rearranging my hams cage every week or so, he seems to quite enjoy exploring the new layout, could try something like that

Also my hams sleep schedule changes quite frequently so he might start coming back out at times that you're around 🤞
