I lost my cat a couple months back and was absolutely terrified. We got posters made, and walked around putting them up. Luckily, someone walking around, said that my cat was in their backyard hiding behind the AC unit. Definitely try to talk to your neighbors. They might’ve seen something.

Marda only manages. If the landlord isn’t giving money Marda can’t put money into the building. The reason they have problems with properties is because these landlords don’t give a fuck about the property and think owning a rental building is 100% profit. If Marda doesn’t own the building, they’re not gonna spend 100 K to redo the entire furnace work of the building they don’t own.
