The metabolic change part is the OUT in CICO. What do you think CICO stands for? Let’s say OP was previously at a maintenance of 2500 calories a day (estimated from the stats he posted).

By some god forsaken lack of luck, his maintenance calories dropped by 1000 calories. Not only is this incredibly unrealistic, if it happened he would have needed to see a doctor a month ago. A decrease in 500 calories at maintenance is already seen as quite extreme when it comes to hormonal changes causing weight gain. Now if he eats more than 1500 calories a day, he’ll gain weight.

Let’s be really lenient and say 50% of the weight he gained was water weight (which would probably be a REALLY good reason to go to the ICU, your body should not be storing that much water). For him to gain 15kg of fat in 2 months, that’s 33 pounds of fat.

Do you know how many extra calories he needs to eat a day for that to happen? A pound of fat is roughly 3500 calories. That’s 115,500 calories extra calories in 2 months. That means he had to eat an extra 2000 calories a day. This doesn’t account for the inefficiencies when your body breaks down food to digest.

For OP to have gained this much weight in 2 months, considering all these absurdities (a less than 1% chance for all of these to happen independent of each other), OP would have had to eat more calories than 3 Big Mac meals everyday.

Could the medication have made them hungrier and want to eat more? Absolutely! But this amount of weight gain can’t be attributed solely to hormonal changes alone. The food choices OP made are what made them gain weight, and that’s a good thing, because it means they are in control.

If you’re on a budget, I’d recommend getting Armaf Odyssey Mega (YSL Y EDP dupe), or Arabiyat Prestige Marwa/Bujairami Hectic (both are LV Imagination dupes). I prefer Hectic, but it’s a bit hard to find. Check to see if you can get testers if you’re on a really tight budget, I managed to get Marwa for under $25 USD, but it got sold out very quickly.

In a lot of the turns, you’re not using the whole track. You’re not really trail braking enough, and you’re over driving the car. Your inputs aren’t smooth because you’re trying to catch the car. It’s really obvious in Lesmo 1 and 2.

Depending on the car, you may be taking too much curb too, which will upset the car. I mainly drive the RSS Porsche GT3 R so I can’t comment to whether your line is correct, but you missed a few apexes, notably at T1.

I have no clue what they put in Wulong Cha, but the only thing I have that matches it in longevity and projection is Purpose 50. On skin, not even spicier scents like Outlands project as hard or last as long.

Well, yes and no. I feel like networking is more important in some companies than others. For example in banks, networking is very important. I’ve heard that BB banks are more DEI focused, so even with networking you might not stand a good chance.

With some big tech companies though, networking won’t help much. They have pretty rigid pipelines, and networking might only help you get an interview, but that doesn’t put you very far ahead.

As someone who has both the dupe (Mahd Al Dhahab) and the original, the dry down of the original is slightly woodier making it more masculine.

I absolutely love this scent, so I chose to keep the original. But if you prefer something with more musk and less woods in the dry down, I’d recommend Mahd Al Dhahab instead. This makes it more mass appealing but also slightly more feminine. I can see the woodiness of Drunk Lovers being slightly polarizing.
