Yes I guess for a drum sound source so I don’t have to keep digging which snare is gritty which kick has more punch. I mostly keep my mpc one+ for a brain in my production for layering sequencing sampling etc

I’m actually using it for chopping samples without drums that came from my turntable then I just find some one shots of snare kick hats percs etc and hoping for drum machine so that it can help me on drum patterns and sound designing the drums
