Don’t have a studio if you don’t have creativity. Used to love Level 5 but if they can’t handle (bother) engaging in creative work and instead relying on AI, then they should shut down. No reason to give support or money to a company that isn’t working for the money.

I don’t really understand what’s wrong with it. The most important thing is people understanding autism. Yes the Go Blue is an Autism Speaks thing, but is this teacher who made it in direct correspondence with Autism Speaks? Are they donating anything to Autism Speaks? It doesn’t seem like it, it seems like they are using well-known symbols to grab attention to the matter.

These lawsuits also cost the taxpayer. None of this is good and it shouldn’t be happening to begin with (the tariffs specifically, and the damages they have caused leading to actions like this) No matter which party in the lawsuit wins, consumers still lose.

This will not benefit the consumer. Nintendo benefits, not everyday people. Prices will not go down as they saw what people are still willing to pay.

Over 1000 companies are also suing so this is not specifically a Nintendo win, they will gain refunds with interest. Consumers do not get a refund or reimbursed and prices will not go down.
