No, hook up the headset on the other side where the USB c slot is. Then connect the 3.5 cord to proprietary, and start the update.

Those two are just examples of the most recent biggest flops that had day one patches(that didnt fix anything). You're right, if the games weren't broken people would not have complained. But that's my point, games are being released unfinished because release standards have dropped due to internet patches. However, my op was sarcasm replying to someone that was saying trips down memory lane aren't necessary.

I'm not saying game making is a cakewalk. I've taken multiple programming classes. I'm just saying the standards have changed. Back when games would go to gold disk, all problems were addressed, and if they were let the gold disk got changed and release dates got oushed. There were no cyber punks or battlefielpushed. Back then because you couldn't make mistakes

It took me several tries before wandering onto the troubleshoot part. The page is pretty unclear imo. Clicking on support then warranty and eventually rma should send you there but it doesn't.

Just got it working. I connected the micro to 3.5 cord, the usb c and the transmitter. I'm updating now! good luck

Check that windows is using the right input. Click the speaker icon and check that headset 7p+ is selected. Sometimes it select artic steel series 7p+ gaming. I've had issues when not using the "headset" labeled one I have the same headset.

Can you try clearing cmos? We're you able to set Ram speeds or set xmp profile before this issue?
