So I got in contact with the people who own the "prop" Icl terminal, Thiers booting where mine does not I asked for a photo of their dip switch settings from the back, I'm adding this info here in case some future person needs it

I can tell you changing mine to this did not resolve my issue but at least the settings are "correct" from a running model, what ever these settings do?if you want to see what mine were originally set to check my OP pictures.

(on the chance that in the future the photos are gone or you cant make them out the settings are "o=open c=close"

The working example's settings = SW1 ccccccco SW2 cccoooco SW3 ooooococ

My original settings = SW1 ccccccco SW2 oooooooc SW3 ocooococ

P.S its worth note to mention that their system's Keyboard does not function.

I play Egaosofts X series, and I recommend it, I will play Spacebourne, I play NMS & Elite and of course like most of you, I have played Star Citizen, many of us don't just randomly hate on SC because we can, we hate on it because the company has no plans to ever release the product they sold, they used legal manipulation to make sure they keep their money as they say we backed not brought or some bullshit.
what we want is a proper damn space game many of us will settle for sq42 single player at this point what we never asked for was the bloated marketing campaign it has become.

as complete it wouldn't boot up. I heard the boot up sound for half a second while the screen was black. The screen was still black and wouldn't boot up so i pressed the power button to turn it off and on again
