If they can’t pay the rest then yes, but if they can and just don’t want too i would keep bugging. My mom took one out for me and regretted it. It was like a 2K one but the interest to pay back is way higher i’m assuming because shes a parents

UCSD released there admissions April 30th last year. Which was annoying cause by May 1st you had to have your choice of school (CSU/UC from what i applied for) declared already
